They engage in a targeted talent recruiting process and select talent based on their proven evaluation techniques and intuition.
- Candidates can be hired directly by our clients or hired by us on a “temp to perm” basis. We will manage the transition to a blended resource team.
- Interim hiring and management by IT Optimizers® may allow for capitalization of initial resource costs by an organization, an evaluation period for the resource, and specific training and development by us.
- Candidate placement skills are enhanced through specific training and certification in our Fulcrum Series Methodologies.
