PMO JUMPSTART — Is your organization looking to start up a Program/Project Management Office (PMO)? The PMO Jumpstart program provides a rapid deployment of FULCRUM’s PMO Methodology by packaging FULCRUM Methods, experienced FULCRUM professional resources and the PMC in an approach that quickly establishes a PMO discipline in your organization.

FULCRUM COMMUNITY —Access to a community of experts and peers who collaborate on industry trends, best practices, and knowledge sharing.

• FULCRUM Steering Committee – Comprised of executives from FULCRUM licensee organizations, the FULCRUM Steering Committee provides guidance for FULCRUM product development and evolution by assigning prioritization, conducting User Groups and approving product requirements.
  
• FULCRUM User Group – The FULCRUM User Group maximizes effectiveness of FULCRUM by:
• Sharing best practices, ideas and industry knowledge
• Recommending new product development features and prioritization to the FULCRUM Steering Committee
• Participating in the development of new products
• Providing quality assurance and user acceptance testing for product releases
  
• Development & Sharing Process – FULCRUM creates a unique community which encourages users to communicate with each other. This ad hoc professional knowledge-sharing group can collaborate on projects or help create new or enhanced FULCRUM methods.
