Information Technology is undeniably a critical success factor in today’s health care industry, whose role is rapidly expanding to drive innovation and market presence. But information technology initiatives must be executed within an organization environment and management structure which thrives and fosters change in all areas, enabling a dynamic, adaptive leadership style. FULCRUM Series Methodologies® Change Management Methodologies guide organizations through the creation and maintenance of organizational structures, policies and procedures, and processes to effectively manage information technology and non-information technology organizational initiatives, plan and prioritize these initiatives and drive the necessary cultural change into the enterprise, leading to the successful alignment and attainment of organizational goals. FULCRUM Series Methodologies® Analytic Tools complement our Systems Lifecycle and Change Management Methodologies. Our Services Pricing Model (SPM) is used to calculate the cost and fair market value of information technology services and calculate charges back to departments, subsidiaries, physicians, etc. SPM can also print an invoice to facilitate billing. FULCRUM’s Feasibility and Cost Benefit Analysis (FCBA) tools allows for a stand-alone analysis of capital and operating costs against projected benefits to determine total cost of ownership (TCO), return on investment (ROI), net present value (NPV) and other calculations for capital intense projects. Additionally, FCBA will produce standard reports and graphs for data presentation. Analytic Tools
