How does the referral program work?

Welcome to the IT Optimizers referral program! Our program is one of the most rewarding and straightforward programs of its kind. A “referral” is the act of an IT Optimizers Affiliate recommending a current or former client or business associate to the services of IT Optimizers ®. The key feature of this referral program is the opportunity for people to leverage their client relationships to create an income stream from work they bring to IT Optimizers. In addition, they can also choose the level of involvement they would like to have with the client engagement and be compensated for that activity as well. There are two primary profiles of people who would benefit from this sort of opportunity: former high-level consultants (partner level) and successful solo practitioners.

For example, a professional who specializes in medical records systems implementation, and who has a long list of loyal clients, hears about a particular client's need for a long range strategic IT plan. Normally, the affiliate would either disregard the opportunity as outside his area of expertise or possibly pass the lead onto another firm as a courtesy to both parties. With the IT Optimizers program, the professional would act in the role of an IT Optimizers sales executive, receiving a percentage of the fee revenue if the engagement is awarded to IT Optimizers. Further, the professional would continue to receive a portion of the revenue for any other work done for that client by IT Optimizers for the life of the client relationship; even if the professional is not involved in selling or performing the work on future engagements.

Finder’s Fee Program

Current affiliates may also be paid a finder’s fee for recruitment of individuals who are invited to join the IT Optimizers professional community. A finder’s fee will be given to an affiliate who refers a candidate who is screened, accepted into the community, whom makes him/herself available for engagements, and remains a member of the community for one year. A finder’s fee will also be awarded to members who refer candidates for a specific proposal or project, who ultimately is accepted into the community, and is selected for the engagement.
