'Affiliates' to augment our team of full-time professionals on
client engagements. Some affiliate relationships span more than
a decade.
About our Affiliates
Our affiliates are all experienced consultants with deep subject
matter expertise and a record of achieving extreme results for
their clients. Our affiliate program ensures that we contribute
quality, wisdom, and specialization to all of our client engagements….large
or small.
The affiliate community was established to:
- PROVIDE BREADTH OF EXPERTISE. The affiliate
community broadens our scope of expertise and depth of resources,
in order to ensure access to the right people for any unique
client engagement.
IT Optimizers constantly scans the health care and information technology environment
in an effort to foresee what the trends in business and technology will demand
from health care information technology organizations. We then position the affiliate
community to supply the expertise our clients are demanding now or are likely
to need in the near future.

LEVERAGE RELATIONSHIPS. One of the drawbacks to
independent consulting is that income is often limited by the
consultant's capacity to perform work. The affiliate
program includes a referral program that creates a dynamic
win-win situation where members can leverage their client relationships
to create new income streams. Affiliates are compensated for
new business brought to IT Optimizers. In addition, they continue
to be compensated for all the services sold to that client
for THE LIFE OF THE CLIENT RELATIONSHIP, regardless
of the member's involvement with the client after the initial
award of work. IT Optimizers grows its business and the affiliate
members gain new sources of income…win-win. Affiliate
members are also invited to participate in professional development
meetings, online chat rooms, and discussion forums designed
to expand their knowledge about health care and information
technology topics.
